Green Hike
Take a mindful hike through the deciduous-coniferous forest as you open your senses.  Breathe in the clean miracle of nature as you get vitalizing movement, connect with others and expand your dwell time in Wingspan's health-providing forest.  Ideal for folks who can walk 3 miles, who want guided meditations.

Slow down and relax into the beauty and power of the Wingspan forest.  Guided meditations, journaling, and gentle forest exploration help to take you deeper into your own insight and healing.  Leave feeling rested and connected to your own best self. I
